Whilst 48 hr delivery is advised, this is working days from the next available drop off date conditions outside our control may occur and include, weather, no one at home, no safe place for parcels etc

Tracking will be provided for all parcels at the point of fulfilment, any special requests for delivery after tracking is given will be at the responsibility of the buyer.
Play Board games cannot entertain claims for lost or damaged parcels due to items not received at the address in person.
RETURN (shipping)
In the event of returned goods (Damaged, Faulty, Non required) Play board games will Pay for associated costs (shipping) by means of return postage slips. Our return slips are to be used at all times and should be dropped or collected as per the packaging slip.
All goods are to be returned in the original packaging and correctly taped.
All paid shipping returns are to be within the remit of the general terms and conditions
